Grilled chick’n with Spicy vegetables

Savour the bold flavours of my Chick’n with Spicy Vegetable dish, featuring tender, juicy Chick’n paired with a vibrant medley of vegetables seasoned with a kick of spice. This dish delivers a satisfying balance of heat and freshness, perfect for a flavorful meal.

You will need:

• 4oz Chick’n Breast

• ½ Yellow Zucchini, chopped

• ½ cup Broccoli, roughly chopped

• ½ cup Cauliflower, roughly chopped

• 2 cups of Baby Spinach

• 1 tsp Paprika

• 1 tsp Salt

• 1 tsp Pepper

• 1 tbsp Chilli Pepper Flakes

Method:

  1. Sprinkle the Paprika, and some Salt and Pepper onto the breast on each side.

  2. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side on medium-high heat (or until fully cooked through).

  3. Prep all your Veggies by chopping them into bite sized pieces.

  4. In a medium non-stick pan over medium heat, combine all Veggies except the Spinach.

  5. Let them cook for 2 minutes, making sure to stir occasionally.

  6. Add 1oz water and place a lid on the pan to steam the Veggies.

  7. Allow them to steam for about 30 seconds.

  8. Remove the lid and add your Spinach and chilli flakes.

  9. Cook for another 2 minutes while stirring.

  10. Plate the grilled Chick’n and Veggies side by side and enjoy!
